DBE Residence /2024

This project consisted of renovating an existing terrace for a house in the Dorado Beach East area. A concrete pool was proposed alongside a wooden deck. The sitting area was redistributed, and a concrete canopy was designed to give shade and cool the area. The windows and doors will be replaced to achieve a more modern look. Design choices were made to enhance the enjoyment of this home’s terrace and create a more unified feel.
